convert x to dvd problem (Solved)

I have been using convert x to dvd 3 ,without any problems. All of a sudden, I am getting the message "UNABLE TO CREATE DIRECTORY' on every movie that I try to convert .What exactly does that mean and how do I fix it??? (Simple terms plz?)

 

i would reinstall the program might be a bug in there somewhere

 

I did that twice already and even ran scans to check. Still nothing!

 

Check your Working Folder path in the Settings/General tab. Make sure you delete every movie in the path before conversion and that there are also enough free space to create files.

What version 3 are you using, btw?
