DVD Architect Studio 4.5 and HD video? And how to use AC3 in it?

Ok. A few questions. I just noticed that under properties, I can't set the video to any HD quality/resolution. Can I use my HD videos to make an HD quality DVD using Studio 4.5?

If not, then what should I switch to that's similiar.

If I can - and why doesn't it show up under properties? - Than...

When I select a video in my DVD navigation and go to where I can add an audio file for audio track 1, it does not allow me to ad an AC3 file. But I'm reading online people go to "file - import - media" to do it - I have no such option under file in mine.

Do I need to switch programs or what?
