For some reason when i burned my last dvd everything worked but the movie audi0 (menu audio was good)... I'm using DVD Moive Factory 7 pro and for some reason this happened... When i clicked burned there was already 4.37 GB of space used... Do i have to leave more room for my audio (the software said the limit was 4.38)...

here are the settings i used (used motion menu)

    MPEG files
    24 bits, 720 x 480, 29.97 fps
    Frame-based
    (DVD-NTSC), 16:9
Video data rate: Variable (Max. 4128 kbps)
    LPCM Audio, 48000 Hz, Stereo

(P.S. why can't we use exclamation marks in our title... what if it is needed)

Can the authoring program output AC3 instead of PCM.
    Uncompressed audio files are huge.

I use Dolby (AKA AC3) and let the authoring program figure out the allocation of space.
If you are using NTSC (North American video standard), I don't think mp2 will work on an NTSC standalone player.
