I'm a pretty experienced collector who's done almost everything in the quest for a good copy of a DVD. But being away from the game for a long time I'm back and just picking a movie here and there and recently ran into a problem that's frustrating. I've got the ISO of a movie but it's in PAL and won't play on some DVD players (like mine) so I was wondering what program (DVD Shrink 3.2 wouldn't open it) I can use to convert the ISO to the VOB files so I can manually edit the region settings with IFOedit. Any thoughts or solutions?
You mean DVD Shrink won't open it or DVD Shrink cannot decrypt it? You can mount an ISO on a virtual drive (DVD Clone Drive is simple and works) and use DVDFab HD Decrypter to save to a folder.
