I have not used Magic ISO but am thinking that adding the menu would be done during the creation process, not once the iso has already been made.

Have used ConvertXtoDVD to put various clips together and create a menu at the same time. Seemed pretty easy to me right from the start without a lot of experience at it. Give it a try.
