Hello. I am new to this burning. I downloaded a video the format was mpeg4 and I burn it to dvd now I can't play it in windows media player or Nero. Any advice would be appreciated. Many Thanks. Terry.
Hello Angelay. I used Itunes program to burn the dvd disk but it did not work. I download Quicktime player also VLC player it would not play in both of them. Many Thanks. Terry.
