real newbie

    ok so all i did was download IMGburn, stuck in a disk, loaded the mp4 file into the program and hit copy file/folder to disk, didnt work. i know i have to author it and that most common dvd players wont read mp4, so i tried converting it to mpeg, tried again, didnt work.

    tried a few different authoring programs but when i try load the mp4 or converted mpeg into the authoring program TMPGenc it says it cant open or isnt supported... so im stuck, a noob and need help.

    also, sorry if this is posted in the wrong section.

    DVD Flick and FAVC both accept .mp4 files.
    Both will optionally burn the disk using ImgBurn.
