video capture no audio

I am using debut pro with dazzle 100 device the output file has no sound.
G spot says the audio is pcm I have changed the audio with virtual dub and every converter i can find g spot always finds a working audio file no sound.
I have tried the dazzle 100 on another computer it works good .
I have tried media player classic also vcl.
To macke it worst I have tried other capture prgs all do the same thing no sound g spot says the audio is there I hope someone has some idea how to smarten me up.
