Help Understanding USB Mobile broadband 5GB?

    Why are most plan's limited to Downloading 5GB a Month?
    So that mean's I can Download about 1 Movie a Month?
    That's a joke I use more then that in 1 an hour!
    5GB I don't Understand.

    Also it says you can Surf Speeds up to 7.2MB/s?
    Isn't that Slower then Dial up?
    What's the point?
