   I have a Nokia Lumia 900 and it has the feature to hotspot and was wondering if I do this will my service provider, At&t, charge me.

   You won't be charged for operating a hotspot from your device. However, all the extra data traffic that your Nokia generates due to other people using your data connection too is all paid data
