I`m trying to send a ringtone from my Nokia 2220 slide to a Nokia 7100. The ringtone details are as follows>Duration-0.00.17-MP3 Format Sound-bitrate 128bps-protected no-size 266kb. I can send an image GIF and it arrives ok. When i insert the ringtone file, under sound clip, the phone says "recipient may not be able to receive this object". The message arrives on the other phone ok, but when opened there is no ringtone attachment received, and the message says "no data to display". Any ideas please?
the only other way to do it would be connecting your phone to computer (usb maybe) and transferring them that way.might be your phone can't send sound data.might be the phone your sending it to can't receieve the data.
