Please help me solve phone restriction in my Nokia 6070

For almost a week i cant use my phone while inserting my SIM Nokia 6070 phone is showing phone restricted and asked to enter restriction code. After entering anything its showing code error. Please help me in providing restriction code. Here are my information:
Make/model phone: Nokia 6070
IMEI #: 351868014071745
Country the phone is locked in: India
Provider the phone is locked to: Airtel

Press # From The (Insert Sim) Screen
Enter codes WITHOUT spaces.
