Windows 7, to Windows 8

    I have a desktop with windows 7 home premium. I would like to install Windows 8 Pro. can somebody give some tips how to do it

    Personally, I would not touch Win 8 with a stick.

    But if you must, buy the Upgrade version that takes your Win 7 to Win 8. Follow the instructions that come with it. Get the Upgrade version that you want, I suspect there are several to choose from.

    BE SURE TO BACK UP ALL OF YOUR DATA FIRST!!!!!!!!!

    Thank you for your advice. I'll stay with Windows 7. I was just curious. I have no problem with my legitimate version of Home Premium. I appreciate your tip. Thank you again!
