Hello all, I recently unlocked my Razr v3m which I bought from verizon a couple of years. All the new enabled stuff is there. How can I verify I can use I on another network?
get a friends sim card and stick it in to your v3 and turn it on if its unlocked it should fire up no problem
You probably think I am stupid, but I don't think it has a sim card. I looked on the back of the phone and there is a mem card slot but I can't see a sim card to remove or swap out.

yeah that looks suspicious alright , i see you are with verizon that a us company right? i dont know much about the cellular networks in the us but i think you have gsm and cdma networks the latter being your phone network which as far as i know doesnt use sim cards http://forums.mobileburn.com/archive/index.php/t-2594.ht have a read of this
