Unlocking samsung s3100

I've got a Samsung S3100 phone.

Its IMEI number is 353888 03 928291 /9 and it's locked to the Tesco Mobile network in the UK.

Any help to unlock it would be much appreciated.

If you really want to unlock your samsung s3100 then following procedure may help you.

This how to applies to Samsung phones only.

1. First boot nyour phone without a sim
2. Then type *7465625*638*unlock code#
3. Your phone now should respond with a confirmation message
Remember: If you unlock your phone you can loose your warrantly.

 

Thx for the suggestion, kaisera; but when I try that,I can only type numbers, so I can't get further than the third *. Or am I missing something? Cheers

 

looks like you are trying with SIM card inserted, try it without the sim.

And hello from me, i am also having trouble finding free unlock code for this same device (samsung gt- s3100). Can someone help me where can i get one?
