video encoding help rogue u960

what is anyone using to encode videos for the the rogue

im new to the whole video encoding process but learning..

i want the best quality this phone has to offer but i cannot find any specs to go by.. ive downloaded numerous encoders (super,tvc,quicktime pro) but there are no settings i can get to play a decent looking quality picture from my videos...

ANY help is appreciated

Your Rogue seems to support H.264/mpeg4 for video and AAC or mp3 for audio. You can use Handbrake to convert the videos. You can experiment, do some samples using some existing presets, like the iPod Touch, or tweak'em and use your own settings.
