    not sure if a service provider can give you the pin number.i know they can give you the puk code.if the simcards registered to you maybe try ringing the service provider.

    yep if you block/forgot your pin your provider will give you a "puk" code
    also you should be able to get from there website if the sim card is registered as XBOXDV12 said
    did you not keep the card with your pin/puk code on it when you get your fone/sim!
