Sending pictures

    I have the Casio G'zone ravine and having problems with sending pictures. The pictures send but as they are sending from my phone, it says 100% sent and gets stuck there. I can't turn off my phone or do anything. I have to take out my batter and put it back in in order for my phone to come back on. Any suggestions?
