Looking for a photo editor...

    I had this one a few years back, and I want to say that it had something to do with goo. You could stretch the picture, squish it, make eyes droop, all that fun stuff. I'm pretty sure that you can do this with Photoshop, but I'm looking for something other than Photoshop. Does anyone have any idea what I'm talking about? TIA!
