Can i go from 3.53 m33-4 to 6.60 me?

Hi, my boys, after 3 years decided they wanted to us the psp again but im currently on 352 m33-4. Ive heard that 6.60me is the best to go to, is that right? If so can i go straight to it or do i need to go step by step and if so which ones are needed please? Thanks in advance for any help
