Quite interesting to read.
The difference between 5.00 M33-4 and 6.39 MEv3: 5.00 M33-4 is older and therefore newer games won't work on it. Also 6.39 MEv3 has some features 5.00 M33-4 doesn't have.

Xbox 360: On my fourth console, first one rrod 3 times, second one sold at ebay because of no HDMI, third one rrod during flashing (supposedly killed that drive), fourth one up and working on LT 3.0
PSP: Slim&Lite 2004 model with 6,60 ME v1.3
PS3: 60 Gig Model with the latest official firmware for going online and a modified case for better cooling
PSVita: Need some games for it, just bought an 8 GB memory card at ebay, awaiting a Photofast addapter for MicroSD-cards.

If you are trying to hack a 2k you won't have any luck with 1.50 kernel at all, PSP 2k doesn't support 1.50.
