How do I upgrade 6.20 PRO-B8 to 6.60 PRO-B9

I have a slim psp with 6.20 PRO-B8 on it. The only time I have done anything with CFW is when I installed the 6.20 CFW. I have googled it but couldn't find a guide on how to do it.
Any help that any can give would be greatly appreciated.
