Magic Memory Stick Help

i got my battery for my psp slim 2001 from http://www.pandorasales.com/index.html
and i already had a 16gb so i tried to do magic memory stick.
this happened. idk what to do

Is it a real MagicGate one? Also a 16gb stick is too big, get a smaller one, 1 or 2 gb.
Xbox 360: On my fourth console, first one rrod 3 times, second one sold at ebay because of no HDMI, third one rrod during flashing (supposedly killed that drive), fourth one up and working on LT 3.0
