Okay, so I've been thinking about hacking my psp for a while. I bought a phat one in may 2006, but never hacked it, and last november I accidently cracked the LCD.
I got a PSP-2001 for christmas, and have been using it since. I figured if I ever wanted to hack it I'd use a Pandora, and have always kept the firmware up to date (I use remote play with my ps3 as well and it has to be current to do this).
Well today I tried to hack it with a buddy's Battery and MMS, but all that happened was the green light turned on and the screen stayed black. (he has a hacked phat). He hacked someone elses' GOW PSP-2000, with no issues, so he figured it was my psp or something random.
Are these signs that I have the unhackable motherboard? I'm asking because if that's the case I'm going to try and trade with someone else for a hackable slim.
(I have OFW 6.10, so I can't use the ChickHEN exploit :( )

A little more research has told me that I most likely do indeed have the bitch motherboard. Oh well, guess I'm stuck hunting for a friend or a gamestop with a hackable one :(
I not sure bout this, maybe tat ur PSP is the TA088v3 motherboard. and recently I found out smtg like this. As u can c my fren using a PSP-1000, but I very curious why the Pandora work on my and my fren PSP-2000 and also work on my other fren PSP-1000, then 1 day, i try simply press on the PSP-1000 wit Pandora and MMS, and it flashing and then it unbrick. Maybe it is working is juz didn't show the menu. I'm not very sure but u can try it.
