Revert from 5.5 to 1.5 on a PSP 1000

I had a psp 1000 with 1.5 firmware and my son upgraded the fw to 5.51. Is there an easy way to revert back to 1.50?

Yes you can but you will need a Pandoras Battery at that firmware. If you can get that you should install custom firmware and then 1.50 kernel on your PSP so you can use homebrew and ISOs also.
