What firmware best for playing Littlebigplanet?

I am currently running the official 6.2 firmware. I have made a magic memory stick and am waiting for my pandora's battery to come in the mail. I'm curious which firmware to use so that I can play LittleBigPlanet (which requires firmware 6.0 to play normally)

Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

gen-d2 plays little big planet fine, but you may as well go to gen-d3 that way you will be up to date and ready to play whatever comes your way for a while that is.

Thank you! Its nice to see that members on this site care enough to answer the question of a newbie :) My Magic Memory stick is set up to isntall the 4.01 m33 firmware. From there, would my best choice be to upgrade straight to 5.50 gen-d3, or would I need to first install 5.00 m33?

Thanks again for your help!

You can also play it using 5.00m33-6 (providing you get the patched version)

With gen I would suggest going to 5.00 first - you can go from 4.01 but I have had issues in the past, so go to 4.01 - 5.00 and then depending on the installer you get gen a, b etc or there is an installer to take you straight to Gen D then do the D3 upgrade
