360 Blank Screen/Green Bar

My xbox went to a green tint while in-game and then I got a black screen with a green bar at the top. I can hear the audio but the video doesn't work. I even tried different HDMI cables, switching inputs, etc...
What do I do? Do I need a new xbox? My drive was flashed so I can't send it in. It's not even that old. Well, to be fair...it's at least a year old but I know it was barely used.
If I get a new xbox, can I just switch disk drives no problem or do I need to get the new one flashed? I think I heard something about some new xbox's not being able to be flashed, is that correct?
I'm pissed. It's a barely used xbox and it craps the bed.

well theres your problem, its a vizio tv, just kidding. if you have the component cables try them. and just because you console is flashed doesnt mean you cant send it in. just get a new warranty sticker off of ebay and slap it on, claim it has RROD or e74, and send the thing in. odds are though, the gpu went out on it.

if your console is all torn up from taking it apart disregard the part about sending it to MS.

I don't have component cables but I'll try to borrow them. Also, it's not torn up but you can see a LITTLE wear on the back on those stupid clip things that you need that tool for.

all 360s can be flashed, but you will have to flash your new console. each console and the drive are 'married' to one-another, so you cannot swap drives without rehacking it.

Cool. I'm sending the xbox in claiming E74. What's the worst case scenario? If they think I tampered with it, what will happen?

Cool. Seems that my warranty sticker was still intact. Realistically...what are the chances they'll know it was opened?

none if it doesnt have any markings, unless they decide to throw a burnt game in it and hear the sound, but that is highly unlikely.
