Are ntsc-J possible to play with the modded firmware?

I wanted to get Arcana Heart 3 but I keep hearing that its locked and not a region free game. I wanted to confirm without a doubt if that holds true for modded drives because I want to play it.

Unless you have a JTAG, or RGH'd 360, this isn't possible. The console controls the this, and has nothing to do with modified firmware. The only way to get around this is programs like freestyle dash(can only be used on a JTAG or RGH), or to buy an NTSC-J console.
