Banned arcade, iXtreme 1.4 to LT+, straight forward? No trace cuts?

Hey, just going to flash a friend's banned arcade to LT+ and get him on ap25 games and avoid wave patching.
It's banned, it's an arcade, it has the new dash and iXtreme 1.4 (won't play wave 3 >) FW on a Liteon drive that is original and not spoofed.
Straight up flash and no cuts right??
