When I update my ihas124B drive the right way, it goes from ALOL to ALOS correct?
After I have done this I have tried to burn off MW3 and Battlefield 3 and I get disk not supported. MW3 worked once and will not work anymore. I am using memorex disk.

I don't know how I could possibly know that man, haha.
Does it burn XGD3 images in ImgBurn OK without presenting you with the truncate/overburn option at the beginning of the burn? If so, then I would say yes, you flashed it correctly. If you still get the truncate/overburn options because it says the disc is too small, then no, you probably didn't flash it correctly.
