Burning stealth patched Xbox 360 games?

Hey guys,

You probably get this question a lot, and I know there are a lot of tutorials on this, but a lot of them seems to be outdated or irrelevant.

So anyway, I've got an Xbox 360 slim, and I found this awesome torrent for a game on The Pirate Bay. The game looks legit, as it's got fairly good comments and it's 8GB big (which seems like the right size). The torrent also says the game is "Region Free, Stealth patched, Ixtreme Compatible [LT+2.0 required], XGD3 0800, SSV2".

So how would one go about playing this torrent on an Xbox? Does the Xbox need to be modded in any way, or can the disc just go straight in? Do I need to burn it on a dual-layer DVD?

Also, I hear you can get banned for playing these games. What's the chance of getting banned? Will I get banned if I only play the game offline? What are the consequences of being banned?

Thanks!

Don't speak of torrents and PB. It's an illegal subject and against the rules here.

There is always the risk of being banned. That's the chance you take when modding. No way around it. But if you stay informed (AfterDawn), all should be good.

Thanks for your reply.
From what i've read it's a real pain to flash, so I probably won't bother.

Thanks for your help anyway.
