I bought a used xbox 360 and it was banned from xbox live, I can't get in contact with the person i bought it off but i have another 360 do you think i could get away with stating my other xbox serial code but sending off the banned one? I'm going to claim its got a unrepairable RROD problem and hope for the best.

no, and that is really stupid. Microsoft is not that dumb. I can't imagine them you getting away with that. I would have to imagine that Microsoft has some basic checks in place, and serial number would definitely be the biggest one.
