Can't install dbz raging blast to HD

#1 14 Nov 2009 @ 7:45
For some reason it says this game isn't supported...
While my friend with unbanned xbox don't have this problem...

But another new game dragon age origins installed to my HD fine...

Weird, does anyone know why?

Thanks.

If you're banned in the current ban wave, hard drive installs are disabled for all games on that console. Any games that you've installed won't work and you'll get the "Installation of this game is not supported" message if you try and install any others.

It sounds like you've been hit with what I described in the first post here: -

But still i am able to install dragon age origins lol...

And I tried putting my hd into a original xbox 360 and then install the game on the hd that worked, but as soon as I switched back it said you can only use the game on the xbox you installed it on...

Installs are disabled on the banned console. You can use your hard drive on another unbanned console and installs will still work fine. I have no idea why you can install some games but not others, but it's obviously a side effect of what I mentioned in that other thread. There's nothing you can do about it unfortunately.
