Can't play guitar hero 6 (old ixtreme?)

#1 28 Sep 2010 @ 5:52
I'm not sure which ixtreme I have, but for sure not less than 1.4
Until now I had no problem burning backups, but I already wasted 3 DL-DVD (verbatim) and the xbox360 just can't read the CD. (I tried to burn on another computer and set the layerbreak manually, but still no success).
The version of guitar hero 6 I got is by group MARVEL and I extracted it from RAR files, so definitely the iso is not corrupted.
I never play online (the xbox is not even connected to the internet), and I read on abgx360 that this game is "wave 6", but I don't really know what it means..
Is it possible that my ixtreme is too old for playing that game?

What else should I do?
Thanks!

You will have to update to LT or if you don't mind getting banned you can use a wave patcher.

You can not set layer-break info on DVD-R DL media. You CAN however set it on DVD+R DL media, which is why all the tuts tell you to use + and not - discs. Other than outdated firmware, that's your problem.

Also update to iXtreme LT so you don't have to wavepatch each and every game.
