I am planning order a Matrix Glitcher and Matrix NAND Programmer, a site called yoyobase.com is selling them at $13.98 + $21.98 with free shipping, is the price ok?

I'm not an installer, but since no one else has responded, I'd simply say not to spen over 20 bucks on one.
