It is manufactured on 06/25/2009 and it shows that it has 201 mb free memory.

Your arcade should have 512mb of memory, half of that memory is used for the system update so it only shows the remaining free space.

It shows much is in use as well as what's free. Just check it and do the math.

I confirmed it by pressing Y on the device. It says that the capacity is 451 MB. God knows why I am getting 201 MB free, when most people are getting like 320 MB free out of the box! If I add up my usage, it is coming as 25 MB.

soumyaano, if your capacity shows as 451MB, then your console is a 512MB Jasper. If you have a hard drive, there is no need to worry about internal storage capacity. It's minuscule, and is only useful to someone who doesn't have a hard drive. You can't save anything large to it like demos. It's only good for profiles & saves, basically. Just use your hard drive.
