i am going to buy a xbox 360 elite console from here but i need are there consoles banned from xboxlive, has any one purchased fromthem?

I bought a Probe from them and it works great. As for modded consoles, I am sure they are brand new and would not destroy their reputation buy selling a used and banned console as Brand New.

y'know.. if the question has to be asked then there is a doubt.. and it's still not a good plan using any flashed console on live... because M$ can detect you.. right now they haven't done a ban wave for about 6 months.. either the person who sets it up is away or they have decided that the 2nd place in the console war is worth it with the loss to the game companies to keep selling the things in a desperate hope of turning a profit.. ChrisCL (remember me.. you sent me email many times at llamma) .. directed at you.. balls in your court. It could be M$ have decided to give up with consloes???...

I will fire a probing email later and see what hints I get.. don't hold your breath for a response from that den of corporate vipers.. some very nice people work for M$ .. but they are hamstrung by contracts and other agreements.. I won't leak my sources.. just edited info recieved..
