This is just the firmware to rip games correct? I've looked in all my usual places but can't seem to find it....

I have found a .rar file for it but it is password protected for some reason. Anyone know the password?

There is a link in jpizzle's first post to download the firmware pack that includes 0800 v3.0 support for Benq.

Got it. Thank you very much. Now that I'm gonna flash it to my benq drive, can I start backing up my games and burning them with my lite on drive flashed with burner max firmware? Or do I have to wait for the new version of xbox backup creator to back them up?

I think I may have just found my own answer.
I have to wait for xbox backup creator version v2.9.0.350
Correct?

Yep, you should wait for c4eva to release the new XBC. Otherwise you'll need to re-rip or patch your games with the new abgx360 1.06 that is coming, to correct for the new disc topology data that is being implemented in the new XBC.

sweet. Thanks for all the help. I'll go ahead and wait for the new xbc.

Now that I think about it I already had the 0800 fw v3. I didn't relize it came in the LT 2.0 firmware pack. I figured it would be included in the new 3.0 pack. I just didn't pay attention to the v3 when I flashed it to my benq last week.
