How do I get the New Vegas patch on a jtag

I have a jtag but I cannot connect to live to get the patch. How do I get the patch and apply it to my NV game on my hard drive?

am sure you can download the patch to a usb stick and run it
please if your asking about xbox 360 firmware, LT+, how to cut and solder, what drive you have and such check this PDF file
