how to make dummy from only dvd key

i have xbox 360 slim console. Drive firmware version is 0401
i have only DVD key. i read jungle flasher tutorial for this but no have any solution for 16d4s drive.Now how to make dummy.bin from that DVD key?
please replay me as soon as possible.....

open with JF, original firmware, chose the firmware that goes with your drive 1071, do not autoload LT plus, in the target firmware choose the same firmware that you just chose for the top, the original firmware for 1071, now on the right you will see manual spoofing, choose this option and at the top of that window it will say load dvd key, choose your key and there you have it, official firmware!

i follow your guide.. but not come official firmware..
i open jf. i take open source firmeware as orig(stock)0401
i ignor autoload . and take target also same firmware orig(stock)0401
i click manual spoofing and load my DVD key .
i save that file(official firmware).
then when i take that firmware as open source firmware. comming same dvd key comming (orig stock 0401)
DVD key not changed..
please replay me as soon as possible

it sounds to me like your spi is locked, did you unlock the spi?
