And will non-XGD3 AP2.5 games still work eg black ops if it's patced with the current files on ABGX?

It's safe apart from playing AP2.5 games, which includes Black Ops. Also, once you've connected to Live and dae.bin has been updated, don't try and boot an AP2.5 title at all - even offline - or you'll flag your console and the game won't boot anyway.

Also, MS can add AP2.5 to any game they like, so when I say it's "safe", it's safe based on current known information, but that could change at any time.

So MS can add AP 2.5 to any of the older wave games as well?

Yes they can, and we're never safe. You know the risk, there is no guarantee you won't get banned even if you follow all the rules.

Yeah. They already did it. Games like Modern Warfare 2 weren't protected by AP2.5 at launch. It was added later on.

Xorloser first noticed the AP2.5 flag in FIFA 09 in 2009, but they didn't start using it/adding it to any games until late in 2010.

So connect to Live, no AP2.5 or XGD3 games and the same risk as it always has been using CFW. No worries., thanks.
