OK, So i have one of the original 360's. Believe it was made in 06. Never had the ring of death. I Flashed the drive to play legit back up copies of my games. I do not connect to xbox live with this console, as i have a 2ND that's not modded to play on live with. I have been wanting to liquid cool my 360 for a while now, first reason is it looks cool, 2ND is that it will ensure the console never gets the ring of death. I have seen videos of fully enclosed liquid cooled xbox 360's so i know it can be done, not the easiest job. My plans are to get a clear ghost case, clear DVD drive, the replacement whisper fans, a water-block heat-sink, pump, reservoir and radiator. I plan on putting the reservoir behind the DVD drive, between the hdd of the case and the fans, since i will never be connecting to live, i can remove the usb and Ethernet port to make up some more room if need be, the dimensions of the tank i will need are 3 1/4'' x 2'' x 1 3/4''. The radiator on want to hang on the outside of the back of the case, covering the fans, with fans in original position, since it will be outside the case space is a little more abundant, radiator will have to be 6'' long x 2 1/2'' tall. The depth doesn't really matter. I wish to put the pump in the upper right hand corner behind the power input. Since i will not have the huge heat-sink in their anymore, i measured that i need a pump that is 3 inches wide x 5'' long and 1.5'' tall. I also which to get one of the digital Displays that will show the fan speed and both chips temps, i wish to install that right on the front of the console behind the rf receiver facing up, it will have to be 3 3/4'' long x 2'' wide x 1 /34'' tall. These are the maximum measurements and the smaller the components the better. I will also be using 3/8'' ID hoses. So here are my questions about this:

1. Does anyone have a good place where i can get the pump, tank and radiator in the sizes i need?

2. do i have to worry about the flow rate of the pump, or will just about every pump be fast enough to cool a 360?

3. I noticed that most the pumps i have looked at, come with a molex plug and run on 12 v. how do i go about running the whisper fans, 12v pump, DVD drive, LCD Control for the liquid cooling system and some LEDs i want to place around the case. I know LED's don't draw much so I'm not concerned with them. I have heard people tapping into the DVD drive supply for 12v but i heard it can cause your power-block to fry. I figure theirs 120 V going into the consoles, so running 2 or 3 12v items shouldn't be that hard.

4. Is their a concern with how much fluid the system holds full capacity?

I will greatly appreciate any help i can recieve on this topic.
