lite on 74850C key dump w/ Tiao's Extractor

I'm having TONS of problems. I ordered this extractor and installed PortI/O32 and the drivers. I've tried both jungle flasher and xtractor reader. Jungle Flasher recognizes my drive, but I get Warning "Bad Serial Data" error. Xtractor also seems to find the drive ok, but gives me a com port error. I know I'm using the right port though. I'm running 32-bit Windows 7. My SATA doesn't use VIA and I have legacy mode enabled. Any help would be GREATLY appreciated.

hi, i used the same product. install windows XP because the drivers for the extractor arent supported for windows 7 yet. they have a vista driver, but it wasn't working for windows 7 so I ended up installing Windows XP 32 bit

No luck with XP. I get the same "error opening com port" when I try and get the key with xtractor reader 2.7
