mod quit working

I modded my Xbox 360 controller myself. I soldered my new trigger to the middle trigger spot
and to the player one led. It worked fine for a day or two then quit working. I soldered it again
and still no go. Any suggestions? ???? Thank you for your time

you most likely got a bad chip, contact the seller and tell them whats going on!
