That's what I've heard, but I still was hoping to at least find the first one so I could play for the time being.

I had done a search last night and the only thread I found regarding offline title updates had a link to two different sites. One link was not working as it looked like the site had been shutdown or locked and the second hadn't been updated in awhile.
