Hey everybody. I have searced the forums and the net for a solution and can only find one. I have 2 360's and with the banning going on I want to revert one back to orginal firmware so I don't get banned.
1st question - Can I do this? If I have original firmware on and can only play legit games can I still get banned?
2nd question - I have a Hitachi and Lite-On 360. I know that I can revert the Hitachi, but can I revert the Lite-On?
3rd question - My PC will only recognize the Hitachi, I need the Via 6421 pci card for the Lite-On, right?
I like the fact that the Hitachi doesn't need to be upgraded to play Wave 4 games, but that is the only one I can revert back to the orginal firmware. Plus I would have to buy the PCI card to upgrade my Lite-On. What should I do? Any suggestions? Thanks.
Ok, I haven't done anything to flag for banning. I've only played a handful of backups online and they were all verified. It doesn't matter to me which one I restore, I just want one of them 100% safe. So far it looks like the Hitachi would be the easiest to revert back. Anybody else have any suggestions? By the way, just to make it clear, I am not banned yet on either console.

One hitch in your master plan. You have no idea what specific instances mark your system to be flagged. You could very well roll the firmware back and still have your system serial on the banning log.
