.Nfo says - Prepatched, stealth image + iXtreme compatible, is it safe to play?

For Lego Harry Potter (XBOX360-SPARE) it says that in the .nfo, however when i run it through ABGX360, it says it's not a verified rip, despite it being on the database. Will playing this game get me banned?

Wouldn't you think it would be a good idea to check the database? It's obviously not in the database.
