I'm a huge Oblivion fan. I've been playing A LOT lately. I noticed that there are some places that could be used as houses after they aren't required anymore. LIke Summitmist Manor, from the Dark Brotherhood quest: Whodunit? There's another house from a DB quest but I forget who's it is. It's the house of the guy who's death you have to fake. What I'm saying is, is there any negative effects of using these places as houses.
