the only OEM stuff i saw was the controller, and the hard drive. which basically means they just bought some MW2 packages, or forza packages and parted them out.

Their selling base units also, is it even legal for them to split up and sell packages?

yea, why would it not be legal? nothing is stoping people from buying a pro console from wal-mart selling the console, controller, PSU, a/v cables, hard drive. its like they are a chop-shop and grind off the serial numbers and sell stolen stuff. but i do find it odd that they label the consoles themselves as OEM. the hard drive and controller i can understand as they wouldnt be in a sealed package. especially the hard drive as MS is not selling the 250's as stand alones.
