I have been using a Pioneer DL Burner and I have never had any issues.

Samsung Kreon v1.0 SH-D162D
Pioneer DVR-A18M

Truthfully, I haven't seen a burner that won't work for 360 ISOs. I've tried 13-14 models from 7 different manufacturers. All successfully. Samsung, Lite-On, Pioneer, LG, Sony, an old NEC, and an even older Yamaha.
